The service writer was courteous and pointed out the work that needed to be done. Afterwards the mechanic noticed several filters needed to be replaced. The service writer and let know. I had to reach out myself for any type of information at all. Even after the car was ready they didn’t proactively tell me to come pick it up I had to call in to find out it was ready. It is nearly impossible to discuss anything with someone from the service department on the phone. When you call the number, you get a call center from the other side of the world taking a message and ensu from the service department on the phone. Yes, when you go into the service center with an appointment the service is very good and the place is clean but again, you cannot get in touch with someone to ask a question about the service you would like. Brought in Tacoma at 7 AM for free 24 month maintenance. Welcomed by service advisor. Truck service complete within an hour. No trouble found. Brakes and tires analysis complete with pics.
