It is nearly impossible to discuss anything with someone from the service department on the phone. When you call the number, you get a call center from the other side of the world taking a message and ensu from the service department on the phone. Yes, when you go into the service center with an appointment the service is very good and the place is clean but again, you cannot get in touch with someone to ask a question about the service you would like.
