Scheduled my car for just an OIL CHANGE, nothing else. I was at this dealer for over TWO HOURS. When I inquired why it was taking so long the service writer had no explanation. She could not find my paper I was at this dealer for over TWO HOURS. When I inquired why it was taking so long the service writer had no explanation.
