The repair of the brake rotors on this visit appears to be satisfactory. However, it was a return trip for the same problem. During a service appointment the previous month, the technician noted the irregular brake behavior (which was my primary complaint and purpose of the appointment), but made no attempt to remedy it. So this second trip to the dealer was required. Also, on the current appointment I complained of a "rumble", which the current technician identified as a minor exhaust system problem and did not suggest a repair at this time. Let's hope he's right! In addition, a routine wheel alignment, which appears satisfactory, was performed on this visit. In general, this dealer's service center appears to be less dependable than two years ago, before the pandemic disruptions. Currently, I might still recommend it, but with much more caution than previously. More
I had a frustrating time during the purchase of my vehicle there. No two people in the dealership understood the warranty program the same way... The day I drove it out I noticed numerous chips on the outside of my windshield which the dealership refused to take care of for me, they kind of laughed it off. I had my car in there last Friday, 5-19-23 for 40,000 maintenance, per dash message. That turned out to be a tire rotation and I requested an oil change. I now have a new scratch on the inside of my driver's door window, right in the center, 1/2 to 3/4 inch long, lightning bolt shape. I am frustrated and should not have to expect these things to happen when I take my car there. Technicians should not be wearing jewelry that can scratch a window, and if using tools hard enough to scratch a window I should expect them to be as careful as possible to avoid it More

Reserving my vehicle was quick and easy without having to go in person. Vehicle arrived with no issues. Service was very professional from the sales guys to the manager.
