Assis undrivable, needed service asap, as planned to drive to Chicago. Receptionist was not helpful & hung up on me. I decided to drive in early am. Assistant service manager was very helpful. Helped solve my auto problems after day &half. Part delivered had to be reordered. Work was complete next morning. Service manager was great. Provided pictures of issues removed any doubt. More

I think I waited more then 40 minutes then I should because the service guy was waiting for me to call back. He could od just walk 10 feet to the waiting area and talk to me so I would have not waited more then I should. The oil change took to much time over 1hr and 45 minutes that is too much. More
Calling to schedule service painful! Will go to fox lake to avoid the call center. People barely speak English. Called to reschedule had to answer the same questions I had already answer Will go to fox lake to avoid the call center. People barely speak English. Called to reschedule had to answer the same questions I had already answered to schedule initial appt. I was of they had to ask the questions because it was their procedure. Is this the first time you are bringing in. What needs to be serviced. I already have an appt! Why do I have to answer the same questions I just want to know if I can change the time. Fox lake you call and talk to someone you can understand and the simply ask what is the best time to call. Will contact them next time. Easier to make an appt More
I recently had problems with my battery. The salesman came to my house ,helped start the car. I was able to drive to the dealer so they could find the problem and repair it. Thanks! This particular dealership prides itself in selling only Toyota-certified second-hand cars - that is why I did not hesitate to choose them for an upgrade from my 2012 Toyota Corolla car. But surprise, surpr Toyota-certified second-hand cars - that is why I did not hesitate to choose them for an upgrade from my 2012 Toyota Corolla car. But surprise, surprise…I realized those certificates are nothing but products of glib-talking and empty promises! Here’s why - I chose a 2022 Toyota Camry SE that had 55k miles on it after my salesman convinced me that it was the best choice I have considering my current financial status being a first- time car buyer. In less than half a day, we closed the deal and I was so excited to bring it home only to realize 24h later that the car was not as I expected to have passed the minimum and basic requirement for a reliable car (remember this was certified!) with my brakes vibrating when used to slow down after cruising from 45 mph up and squealing high pitched but detectable sound when backing up from my garage. It does not end there - there was a gouge on the side of the left rear tire which the service rep at this dealership had the audacity of accusing me to have caused it when I only had the car with me 4 days and not driving it so much because of the issues on the brakes! If you think it ends there, well I think I am in for more disappointments. The car handed to me had a very dirty engine with dried mud all over and sand yes sand splattered all over! Weren’t they supposed to clean it first before displaying it for sale? I had to clean the inside of the car myself just because it was not thoroughly done! And you know what - this dealership does not have the best customer service in the Service area- the guy who attended to me was arrogant could not even look me in the eye when talking to me (is that how you engage with your customers?) plus the earlier fact that he implied that I was responsible for the gouge on the tire! Guys, better steer clear of this dealership - the customer satisfaction guarantee that they are promising is just a facade!!! The salesman was good but he needs more training -to ensure he delivers Toyota’s promise and not just to sell! Moreover, and I cannot emphasize it enough, the Service personnel (he may be just one) but to new customers like me, he did not meet my expectation of feeling welcomed to this establishment where I signed up extra money for care warranty!!!
