Neither the salesman nor anyone else took the needed time to explain the basics on operating this vehicle and the user manuals provided by Toyota are not user friendly. Toyota would be wise to offer a video that explains all the needed functions in the cabin and many other things More

Had a serious problem with vehicle. Steering wheel, hard to turn,battery light on also brake pedal went all the way down to the floor. Mauricio also knows we are 30 miles away and needed a car . He got us a car to get home and use until our vehicle was fixed there. More

I think I have better luck next time with porter. The dealership set up a trailer as waiting area during construction. Not sure how hard they tried or if the trailer is the standard at this dealer. I can deal with lack of space, but can deal with the chemical odor in trailer. I go back again either they done construction or when weather is nice outside More
