I understand that most of the time when doing these service appointments at a dealership, they take you to the cleaners. But not this one. This location has been more reliable and cheaper than when I t service appointments at a dealership, they take you to the cleaners. But not this one. This location has been more reliable and cheaper than when I tried Fast Lane or Jiffy Lube. Granted, this may be because I have a 2015 Prius C that only takes full synthetic oil, so take that into consideration. But I have been using this location for my service maintenance for the past seven years and have not regretted it. More

I was at a meeting in Chicago and looked at the AutoNation Libertyville website for a Toyota Camry XSE V6. There were 2 in stock at a price I could not pass up. Davie and Courtney made the experien AutoNation Libertyville website for a Toyota Camry XSE V6. There were 2 in stock at a price I could not pass up. Davie and Courtney made the experience painless. I was at the dealer at 5 pm and left with the car at 7:30 pm. Cancelled my flight the next day and drove the car to Colorado. Courtney and Davie went the extra mile and returned my rental car to O'Hare the following day so I could get an early start on the 15 hour drive. More

Edgar, was the best knowledgeable sales person I have encountered in my reviewing other dealerships to purchase a new vehicle.
