I was disappointed in their pushy, high-pressure sales tactics from the financial end to add on a bunch of services that I repeatedly refused to opt for. I ended up giving in to some of them just to get out of there and get on with my life. This part of the dealership experience really sucked... The salesmen were a pleasure to work with and while not overly knowledgable about the brand new 2023 Prius, they were pleasant and kept me informed about the availability of our car regularly. More

I scheduled a 60000 service appointment at that toyota auto haus in libertyville. I have the extended service plan and the service provider tells me that there is another $1000 in service not includes in auto haus in libertyville. Car was being worked and then they tell me there is a pcv valve that needs to be replaced. I asked them to wait on that as well. I then left and about an hour later my car dies in the middle of the road. I attempt multiple times for many hours to get a hold of the service dept to ask what they recommend I do with the vehicle. No answer by a tech no call backs by anyone for over 3 hours. I then dig through my service paperwork and it shows it includes towing At this point I was 10 miles from the dealer and they stated the location was too far and I had to pay an additional $60 to tow it back. I then wait another 2 hours and the service guy states oh somehow someone removed some air throttle. Which has a clamp to hold on. He states he doesn't know how thus could have happened. Even though they have been the only one who has serviced this vehicle since I have the service plan Now. It's 4pm. When appt was at 7am. Literally ruined my day and ruined any faith I had in this dealership Please be aware of the tactics these people use. Horrible customer service. No apologies or even attempts at trying to rectify this situation. More
