Dmytro is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to EVER from ANY dealership. Tried to get an idea of price and trade in value to see if they would work with me. He provide some numbers ever spoken to EVER from ANY dealership. Tried to get an idea of price and trade in value to see if they would work with me. He provide some numbers and could not articulate in a calm manner how he got to his numbers. When asking questions if there were fees/taxes included in the price, he yelled and belittled you in frustration due to his lack of ability to explain; I had to ask him to mid-conversation why he was yelling as I was so shocked how somebody who is in sales, trying to win business, can act in such a heinous manner. Low balled my trade in by over 30% from kbb and 15% comparing to what other Toyota dealers offered over the phone just based on make/model/mileage/year. Ultimately I told him an OTD price on the car and trade-in that would get me to come in to close the deal. His answer was "Let me find out; I'll call you back" and never got a call back. All other dealerships I've called with the same approach are clear on where they are in terms of price and trade in and most of all respectful. Perhaps Dmytro doesn't represent the entire dealership, but if you have the luck of getting paired with him I would recommend to ask to work with another associate. More
