This was the third Toyota dealer visited for a new car and the only one that provided both responsive, courteous service along with the lowest price. and the only one that provided both responsive, courteous service along with the lowest price. More

I submitted my credit application and had a response within minutes from Matt Culpepper via phone and email. We chatted briefly and Matt gave me the impression that he was very excited to be of service and help me any way that he could. I stopped by the dealership a few days later and Terry O'Gara was my next point of contact as Matt was not in the office that day. Terry did everything to assure me that he was willing to help me with trying to suit me with the vehicle that was right for me. After some probing of what I was looking for within a very short time he lead me to the vehicle that I knew would be a good fit for me. I feel that I was treated with a very high level of professionalism and respect throughout the process. I was informed throughout the process of the steps necessary to comeplete the purchase of my new vehicle. I am impressed with the level of customer service. My background is customer service and understand that treating customers the way they want to be treated is "Great Customer Service." I also would like to comment on the service dept. When I call to set up an appointment with the service deptartment they are always very accomodating. When having my vehicle serviced the service dept. is always very informative when explaining services that they believe are necessay to keep my vehicle running without problems. They also point out the most urgent and also things for future concerns. More

I worked with Art Fanning who gave me the best price in the area. He was also very nice, friendly, and not pushy - which I cannot stand in car salesmen. Another sales person who took us for the test ride was honest, but not quite familiar with the vehicle, looked like a rookie. Anyway, they were not pushy. We negotiated via email and they did their best to match competitors. The price was very competitive. We deal with two sales managers, one was rather rude, we requested to talk to another manager. The other manager was nicer and more professional. Will was very nice, our vehicle did not have the carpet. He ordered the new carpet for our minivan and helped to install it more than two weeks after we drove the vehicle out the lot. The delay was due to our travel schedule. I was initially anxious that they would not take that seriously, but the experience was good (except that the installation took approx. 20-30mins, rather than 5 mins!). The finance people were very hard to deal with. A lady (M. G?) took our file and we had to fight with her supervisor. They're very pushy to get us purchase the packages. I told her about the missing carpet before we signed the papers, and she said Will had already taken care of it and the carpet had been installed. She was just lying!! No reputation at all. As soon as we signed the papers, her look changed, the smiley face gone, and wanted us to get out of her office as soon as possible, and not willing to talk further, reluctant to shake our hands too! That really pissed us off. The whole bad experience was at the finance. That's why we were not quite confident Will would get us the carpet, but he did it. He also did a good job explaining our vehicle before we drove it off the lot. Overall, the buying experience was easier than we thought and their price was very competitive. Some of their staffs need to learn how to appreciate their customers. O, do they really care ? More
We are repeat customers. I believe that in itself is a positive response. In addition, your service department (Jr. in particular) is THE best we have ever dealt with. positive response. In addition, your service department (Jr. in particular) is THE best we have ever dealt with. More

I read a few horror stories of people negotiating online and then walking in and having some sort of bait and switch pulled on them. On the contrary, we were greeted warmly and the process was extremely smooth. Sat down, was presented with the price breakdown and the price that I was already promised. Did a trade-in and the price was fair. They were able to find me some financing with a lower rate than my credit union, so that was a bonus. There were a few up-sell attempts, but nothing egregious and no instances of them 'sneaking' something in. Probably was about 3 hours all told, which really wasn't bad. It's a nice dealership with plenty of room for my 2 year old to run around while we were waiting for everything to be processed. Also have a closed-in playroom for the kids and free donuts/popcorn/coffee. It's a shame it won't be our service dealer since we live over an hour away. All in all, a great experience all around and I'd highly recommend checking them out. More

Truthfully I was not totally ready to return but my car lost the front axle and I was without a car. I live in northern Wisconsin and work for a construction company based out of Buffalo Grove, Il. I called and talked to Paul Handler, who quickly found vechiles in my price range. Once I got off of work, I stopped by and was shown not 1 but several vechiles that fit my needs and price. Paul had a comfortable style and was very knowledgable on all of the vehicles. After working out the financing,Paul gave me a very thorough tour of my new vechile and was also very suprised to see the gas tank was full. I started the day angry and frustrated, but ended the day very satified. Kudos goes to Paul and the dealership. They worked very hard and quikly to solve my delemma. More
