Sales colleague Denis Luebke was very helpful and very courteous. He was not like other salesmen that you have heard of. He was very professional and knew about the vehicle. He recommended few things and explained the benefits/usage, which made my decision easy. I would strongly recommend anyone to Denis. When I had some questions and sent him an email very late in the evening, he responded to my email at the earliest. Also, I got a very good price with some additional maintenance plan of 5 yrs without any extra charge. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from them. I still go there for all my maintenance including oil change. I bought a new 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE just two weeks back. More
Great service! very knowledgeable about the Prius. Even when i had a question he didn't immediately know the answer to, he looked it up for me. Would definetly go back there to buy a car again! when i had a question he didn't immediately know the answer to, he looked it up for me. Would definetly go back there to buy a car again! More
Service Department is great - I deal with Jim Lykken and he is just wonderful to work with. I bought my first Toyota from Allen and it was a pleasant experience dealing with him but I found out he is no longer there. I bought my 2013 RAV4 Saturday, March 16th and the experience was not all that pleasant. I had specifically told them I was coming down to test drive the car and did not want to spend the whole afternoon there. Ended up being there 5 hours and I was paying cash. We were consistently kept waiting, there were not enough finance people, I had a contract on my 2011 (which I had been told previously that I could transfer to a new vehicle) which they had to cancel and then charge me for a new one, every question we asked the salesperson had to go ask her manager. The dealership has been remodeled and is very nice, but when you walk out you're exhausted from dealing with these folks. I did not feel like I was dealing with someone who knew the products at all - if I decide to buy another new car I will make sure I find the most tenured salesman there. It's really too bad Allen left because I would have loved to buy a new car from him again. He really knew his stuff and made buying a new car as pleasant as possible. More
A problem occurred with the license plate transfer when paying for my new Camry Hybrid last June. That was the only bad part of what otherwise was an amicable purchasing experience. When I found out that paying for my new Camry Hybrid last June. That was the only bad part of what otherwise was an amicable purchasing experience. When I found out that my salesperson, who initially was handling the issue, had left the company, I was unsure about how to resolve the issue or whether anyone would still be willing to address it. I contacted Brad Vernie, Director of Finance when I brought in the car for routine servicing. After we discussed the issue, Brad took up the case. It was somewhat complicated due to the amount of time that had passed since I purchased the car and the fact that it was the first experience they had with this type of request. Brad enlisted the aid of Kathy Huffine (License and Title Specialist). After Brad verified with his management that his approach to satisfying me was supported, Kathy took over and resolved the issue with the state. I was very satisfied with how the problem was closed. Several things about how the problem was handled impressed me, such as Brad's willingness to listen to me, to explain the issues to me in a clear, open way, and his follow up with his management to ensure that they were supportive. I understood that Kathy does not routinely deal directly with customers, so Brad's willingness to put me in direct contact her let me know that they were serious about helping me. Kathy knew what needed to be done, she did it, and kept me up to date on the progress. I mentioned to Brad that I understood that problems sometimes occur, but the way it was handled once I brought it up was impressive. What I saw was a team that had the experise to solve the problem, worked well with each other and was committed to my satisfaction. More
Purchased my first car less than two years ago at this dealership from Rick Samborski. I knew exactly who I wanted to deal with to trade it in for another new car. I was looking for a Corolla to replace a 1998 Honda Accord, so I did an internet search to get an idea of the value of my trade and the bottom line price I wanted to pay. Terry O'Gara from Libertyville Accord, so I did an internet search to get an idea of the value of my trade and the bottom line price I wanted to pay. Terry O'Gara from Libertyville Toyota contacted me and invited me in. What an outstanding experience. In minutes, he was able to locate the exact configuration I wanted and present me with an initial offer. I counter offered and again, within minutes, his sales manager Steve Hertogs approved my offer and the sale. No pained expressions, no long wait in the sensory deprivation chair, no tell ya what I'm going to do - just plain talk and a quick, great deal. It was easier than buying a flat screen. When I went to pick up the car a few days later, I brought in my wife's Camery as it was getting a bit long in the tooth and I wanted to see what these guys could do. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They didn't have the exact configuration I wanted on their lot but they found one a short distance away and had it for me the next day with no effect on the deal. Two new cars in a week. Sheesh! How did it happen? Terry and Steve. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, the exact opposite of every negative stereotype of car salesmen. The entire process was great. George who orientated us to the cars and Brad in finance (for both cars) were the model of professionalism. I cannot recommend this dealership or these gentlemen highly enough! More

He answered all my question, gave me exactly the price I wanted on my trade in, sold me the car at a very fair price. Then, the next day I came back and he showed me how to work every single button, level, feature on the car, including presetting all my radio stations. That's really great customer service in my opinion. I'd recommend this dealership, but more importantly, I'd recommend Drew. Great deal, no pressure, awesome experience. More
I went to Libertyville Toyota with intent to purchase a used Toyota 4Runner and 2 weeks after my purchase I discovered the car had a bad frame. Something that both Libertyville Toyota and I myself initiall used Toyota 4Runner and 2 weeks after my purchase I discovered the car had a bad frame. Something that both Libertyville Toyota and I myself initially missed. I notified Rick of the problem and they immediately informed me that I should get the vehicle back to them as soon as possible so they can verify the issue. As soon as they received it they gave me a call back and confirmed the frame was bad and said that they would take a loss. Even though the purchase was an "as-is" sale they agreed to either give me my money back or let me have a direct trade. They went out of there way to find another 4Runner with a good frame and they did. Ultimately I decided against purchasing a 4Runner entirely but if I ever decide otherwise I'll be headed back to Rick Miller at Libertyville Toyota. They went out of there way to make a not so good situation right and at the end of the day, I let them down by not purchasing a vehicle but regardless, they left me extremely satisfied with their service. Honesty is not easy to find when it comes to buying a used car but I can assure you that Rick Miller and the Libertyville Toyota team will find you what you're looking for while being honest with complete integrity. Give Rick Miller and Libertyville Toyota your business, you won't be disappointed. More
