Ive purchased my last two cars from here and I will be purchasing my next one as well. Sam, the sales associate I work with has always been super helpful and still recognizes me when he sees me in for mai purchasing my next one as well. Kiernan ,the sales manager worked with me as well to get a fair trade in and financing. Most maintenance visits have no issues. However at a recent visit, there were some communication issues between the front of the house and back of the house. This caused me to be late to a memorial service and I still had to come back after they got the parts in. I was fuming and really disappointed. However, the service associate, and manager Carlos made it right. The extended a good discount on the service and 2 oil changes to compensate for the frustration and time. I didn't even have to ask for it. Will for sure be a loyal client and respect their professionalism and commitment to customer service. More
