took my car in for brake fluid service and to check brake pads. Unfortunately, a number of other issues were identified. Dealership gave me estimate and offered to take me home since work would be about 3 pads. Unfortunately, a number of other issues were identified. When I called 3.5 hours later, they were still working on car and said would take another hour or so because having problem removing a bolt and would need to drill it out. 2.5 hours called and said only 20 more minutes of work to be done. I headed to dealership and when I arrived was told mechanic was finishing up and they would then wash car. I paid bill and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, after an hour of waiting my car was finally ready for me to take home. It was a very long, expensive day. Disappointed in communication from service staff and how long it took to complete the work. More

Took car in for electrical problem. They fixed it . When I picked up the car on my receipt was a service review. It stated my brakes were in very bad condition I asked how much it woul They fixed it . When I picked up the car on my receipt was a service review.
