Went in for new tires. Said it would be 1 1/2-2 hours. Was shuttled to Macy's. Could not get ahold of the service rep to have someone pick me up and to give me status on th Said it would be 1 1/2-2 hours. Was shuttled to Macy's. Could not get ahold of the service rep to have someone pick me up and to give me status on the car. Called 5 times. The whole ordeal was 4 hours with little communication! Barely an apology. The next morning, the under carriage cover (don't know what it is called) fell down -still attached but dragging on the ground. Not able to drive it. Had to take off of work. Waiting for someone to call me back to fix it. Terrible service. More

We had a great experience working with Rick. He helped us get the Costco auto pricing, and place an order for a specific car and features. Since the inventory shortage, it did take a few months He helped us get the Costco auto pricing, and place an order for a specific car and features. Since the inventory shortage, it did take a few months to get a special order vehicle. During this time, he kept informed about other options and updates with our order. No one tried to up sale us, or give us something we didn’t want. They didn’t force vehicle options on us to add to their profits. Great experience overall. More
