Keith was very easy to work with when I bought my RAV4. He is not pushy and really listens to his customer. He really worked hard to get us what we wanted. He is not pushy and really listens to his customer. He really worked hard to get us what we wanted. More
Tire pressure light went on when I was in the area. Pulled right in to the service area, greeted instantly by Sean who took care of everything. Loved the warm and friendly customer waiting area. Used Costco car purchase program to get price below invoice without hassle. Friendly salesman Keith Habich helped us select trim package and personally drove car in swap with another dealership to get invoice without hassle. Friendly salesman Keith Habich helped us select trim package and personally drove car in swap with another dealership to get the color and interior my wife wanted. He gave us his home cell so we could call to set up a convenient delivery time for us on his day off. Finance man Ilya Filatoff helped me successfully navigate a phone maze with my broker to get a cashiers check to close the deal. More
I bought my used Subaru from these guys and almost immediately the knock sensor went bad. I called and called hoping to speak with a manager- they never called back. I took it in and they replaced it, immediately the knock sensor went bad. I called and called hoping to speak with a manager- they never called back. I took it in and they replaced it, and three months later it went funny again. When I brought it back to have them look at it, they told me (after a 2.5 hour wait) that they didn't have the tools they needed to diagnose it, and to take it to a Subaru dealer. I did, but the part was only under warrantee at this dealership. I spent a total of 5 hours driving around this week coming and going to get the car looked at by these people, and when they finally found me a part and replaced it (for the second time) I asked them to put gas in my car. They said that since it wasn't "their fault" I'd jut have to suck it up and put gas in my car myself. I contend that this is poor customer service since it's obvious that had they replaced the knock sensor properly the first time, I wouldn't have ever gone back a second time and spent 5 hours and $50 in gas running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Needless to say, I won't be getting any more work done at this dealership- they're not trustworthy and never call you back. More
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The new remodeled waiting is comfortable. The popcorn is a nice touch. I felt like the really know my car and take the time to listen to my needs. I have wasted some time there and eventually bought another car elsewhere, but they came to my house and apologized in person. Won't hold a grudge... another car elsewhere, but they came to my house and apologized in person. Won't hold a grudge... More
Very pleasant car buying experience. Libertyville Toyota is a huge dealership with a very big inventory. The place is clean, accommodating and very friendly. Rick was very easy to work with. I went there to is a huge dealership with a very big inventory. The place is clean, accommodating and very friendly. Rick was very easy to work with. I went there to purchase a used car, maybe a 2010-2012 with low miles. After looking around and test driving I decided what I really wanted and needed was a new car. I purchased a 2013 Toyota corolla and I LOVE it! This car is amazing. I would highly recommend this this dealership. More
Sales colleague Denis Luebke was very helpful and very courteous. He was not like other salesmen that you have heard of. He was very professional and knew about the vehicle. He recommended few things and courteous. He was not like other salesmen that you have heard of. He was very professional and knew about the vehicle. He recommended few things and explained the benefits/usage, which made my decision easy. I would strongly recommend anyone to Denis. When I had some questions and sent him an email very late in the evening, he responded to my email at the earliest. Also, I got a very good price with some additional maintenance plan of 5 yrs without any extra charge. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from them. I still go there for all my maintenance including oil change. I bought a new 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE just two weeks back. More

Service Department is great - I deal with Jim Lykken and he is just wonderful to work with. I bought my first Toyota from Allen and it was a pleasant experience dealing with him but I found out he is no lon he is just wonderful to work with. I bought my first Toyota from Allen and it was a pleasant experience dealing with him but I found out he is no longer there. I bought my 2013 RAV4 Saturday, March 16th and the experience was not all that pleasant. I had specifically told them I was coming down to test drive the car and did not want to spend the whole afternoon there. Ended up being there 5 hours and I was paying cash. We were consistently kept waiting, there were not enough finance people, I had a contract on my 2011 (which I had been told previously that I could transfer to a new vehicle) which they had to cancel and then charge me for a new one, every question we asked the salesperson had to go ask her manager. The dealership has been remodeled and is very nice, but when you walk out you're exhausted from dealing with these folks. I did not feel like I was dealing with someone who knew the products at all - if I decide to buy another new car I will make sure I find the most tenured salesman there. It's really too bad Allen left because I would have loved to buy a new car from him again. He really knew his stuff and made buying a new car as pleasant as possible. More
