Total waste of time. We wanted to try a used camry which was being detailed when we went. Took an appointment two days later to try it, we arrived on time but they were totally unprepared. Took half an hour was being detailed when we went. Took an appointment two days later to try it, we arrived on time but they were totally unprepared. Took half an hour just to see the car, the salesman we took the appointment with was a no show. When we saw the car it was heavily scratched on all sides, uncleaned, not even vaccumed, yet they knew we were coming to try it. The worst was that they seem to think this was a normal thing to do. Very disappointing. More
I am in my 2nd car lease. The dealership neglected to pay off my 1st lease. by neglecting to not pay off my 1st lease, had negatively impacted my credit score. I requested to the Controller and GM to m pay off my 1st lease. by neglecting to not pay off my 1st lease, had negatively impacted my credit score. I requested to the Controller and GM to make a few concessions. They rejected both of of these. (1) Pay my $350 Disposition fee when my lease expires. (2) To pay for any service work that might be needed. I was only covered for 24 months. More
Love my venture 4 Runner. Both Sam and Antonio helped make the process easy and fast. I highly recommend asking for either of them. Thank you make the process easy and fast. I highly recommend asking for either of them. Thank you More
Terrible experience. They first lure you to a dealership with a competitive offer. In my case salesman was trying to increase price by $400 for 2 tinted windows. Extremely unethical to change price after th with a competitive offer. In my case salesman was trying to increase price by $400 for 2 tinted windows. Extremely unethical to change price after the fact price was already offered to get you in. Don’t recommend this dealer More
I purchased a extended warrant for my 2016 Toyota Sienna which I was told that it would cover the car until 2021 if there was a problem. After purchasing the warranty I found that it only covered oil change which I was told that it would cover the car until 2021 if there was a problem. After purchasing the warranty I found that it only covered oil changes and tire rotations. Every time you take it in for service they try adding on additional service charges. This will be the last time I will purchase a vehicle from here and DO NOT BUY a extended warranty from these people More
Disappointed with Sell Your Car processFilled-out the Disappointed with Sell Your Car process Filled-out the online Sell Your Car form, and received an attractive offer for my car, which was less than Disappointed with Sell Your Car process Filled-out the online Sell Your Car form, and received an attractive offer for my car, which was less than a year old and less than 1,000 miles. When I got to the dealership, “CJ” told me he couldn’t give me the indicated amount because of issues with the car. When I asked what they were, he pointed to manufacturing variances that are normal with a mass-production car (Chevrolet). He then said he would “see what he could give me”. After fifteen minutes of waiting, still no offer. Waste of my time. They shouldn’t tease an inflated system-generated price if they aren’t willing to pay that amount. The dealer I sold it too was honest that they needed to see the car first, and then they provided a firm buy amount that they honored. Update: General Mgr and Sales Mgr called me to discuss my experience. Nothing could be done at that point, but I appreciate the follow up, and maybe they will evaluate their approach. More
Did not change oil but changed service sticker Made appointment for oil change, check for a trip and recondition headlight lens and a wash. When I arrived the service writer (Nick Walsh) was more Made appointment for oil change, check for a trip and recondition headlight lens and a wash. When I arrived the service writer (Nick Walsh) was more interested in selling me injector cleaner, throttle plate cleaning and brake fluid flush rather than what I wanted. I waited for 90 minutes supposedly for the tech to check my car for the trip and clean up the headlight lens, the tech never changed my oil but did change my service sticker adding 5 months and 5,000 miles to my current oil. They did not charge me for the oil change which was my first clue of the poor service. When I spoke to the service manager (Joe) he said he revived my records and I was not due for an oil change, I asked then why did you change my service sticker? Then he went into what service intervals Toyota recommends, I politely told him Toyota does not own my car I do. Rob W. More
