I found out how this happened, Your service team handed out signature sheet for 30k maintenance schedule to my son who thought to sign on the oil change and tire rotation agreement because he set up an appointment nothing but oil change and tire rotation. Your service staff didn't explain detail about the agreement sheet added additional service item listed. Also, my son never been at service shop and everything was new to him. It is your responsible to explain enough and understand before force to sign what the service is going to be done to the customer who made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I talked to service manager last week but he refused any refund because my son signed on the service agreement. I can't accept you not even 1 percent your way to do business because not proper acknowledgement was made. You can e mail me if you want to adjust this problem and I am looking forward solve this small problem to make both parties happy. Thank You stopnout@yahoo.com
