I went in for routine maintenance and the service was timely, and all actions taken were fully explained. A very dissatisfying car buying experience, one of the worst. Probably will not buy from Autonation Toyota in Libertyville again. When I was told that we were too far apart and I agreed, I requested that my deposit be refunded. They proceeded to stall and waste our time. As we grew impatient with the stalling, suddenly the impossible seemed to get more plausible and the deal was done. While I recognize these guys do this multiple times every day, there is little wonder why the car buying public despises this process and hates new car dealerships. Our salesperson was Eric who was a nice guy but could use a refresher course in communication skills. The sales manager, CJ, was borderline insulting. In addition, after the deal was done and we left the finance office, we were ignored by the dealership sales management. More

Service told me I needed two different coolant flushes for regular and hybrid systems. I have 28k miles and the services are recommended at 100k/ 10yrs and 150k/15yrs.
