I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time to have the oi changed on our 2019 Highlander. Even with the appointment, it took over an hour and a half to have the oil changed and the car was not washed whe oi changed on our 2019 Highlander. I had a really difficult experience with this dealership. I understand that there is a national chip shortage which made my car delivery delayed almost 3 months.
