Autonation Toyota Scion in Libertyville is the reason I do not enjoy shopping for cars. They have very rude sales managers that treat you like you are ignorant. We were comparing prices from multiple dealerships. Tim Buti, said that he could beat an offer that we currently have and were just about to close. Terence O'Gara was a real professional and a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable not only about the Toyota RAV4 product that we were interested in, but of all the other models in that class we w to work with. He was knowledgeable not only about the Toyota RAV4 product that we were interested in, but of all the other models in that class we were looking at: Ford Escape and Honda CRV. He helped explain not only all the features of the car, but the pluses and minus off all the options including extended warranties. Terence O'Gara also sells used cars, so he was able to give us a good idea of the resale value of the car including what options improve the resale, and which ones are bad - such as odd paint colors. Terence O'Gara was great. He wasn't pushy. He didn't talk over you like the other salesman we met at the other dealerships. He introduced us to the managers for the repair center, and the whole experience was very good. I would by a car from Mr O'Gara again, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

Sean is the most considerate service manager I have ever had.
