A total numbers game and impersonal experience every time I am there. They are not in the business of customer service and do not know how to make service a pleasant experience. Even when they say your car is ready, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for it to be brought around (wet and dripping). No one was around to make sure I got out of the garage door which was closed and then I still had to wait and honk. Ridiculous. More
People waiting for 2.5 hours . On my end was the same when they called me nothing done for my changed oil not due yet. Tire rotation unable coz my 4 tires needs to be change not emergency. All I did was buy the bulb and let my husband put it on. But they should informed or updated me just not the last waited hours these all need to be done.Please let me know your change oil every 10.000 miles. This is not my especially.Ineedvto be guided. I decided then...... I choose the tires done at Costco. The price is always a reap off. Everytime I go there Im paying so much money. Im looking forward to go to Schaumburg Toyota . For our experiences not improving . Getting worst. Last time my son truck had an oil service . They left the cover open and oil were all over. He called them and they fixed it. Not anyone was told about this. Taking the opportunity for a better service. He paid $656.00 for the service his truck was not due yet. Learning lesson. What else their doing not right. The actual service here is good, but the complete lack of compliance with the mask mandate by the staff means I’ll never go back.
