Phone goes to a person on an island who knows nothing about vehicles and promises that someone will call. Received no call. This is not very customer friendly. Needs to be changed back. More

Every time I bring my car in for service it takes them 2 hours to do whatever they need to do, usually it’s just an oil change and just the basic maintenance. That is way too long. It is also too expensive hours to do whatever they need to do, usually it’s just an oil change and just the basic maintenance. That is way too long.
