Their service charged me $265/hr in labor and had my Toyota RAV4 with minor damage for 23 DAYS!! They COMPLETELY over-promised and over-charged for their service and came absolutely nowhere in the ballpark of even discussing minor body damage. Their communication was HORRIBLE!! I’m not exaggerating at all … HORRIBLE!! At one point, it took a day and a half to get a simple answer whether work had begun on my car. Don’t consider for a second taking your car for service at this dealership. Want to know why the service side of dealerships have such bad reputations? Here’s the perfect example!! And I actually purchased my car at this location. Go ahead and look at the good review I left the sales side of their business. But my past purchase didn’t matter one bit to these guys. They took COMPLETE advantage of me. And it’s pretty clear they knew they were scr*wing me. The final bill included a separate note stating, “The customer authorized $235 per hour labor.” Who puts that on a bill unless it’s out of the ordinary? Want more details? My 1st appointment here went off pretty well. Carlos was informative and friendly. I liked the mechanics' video. Oil change and tire rotation took about average amount of time. I did get an evaluation that indicated a couple potential future concerns. If my time permitted and the pricing would've been more to my liking, I may have authorized the work at that time.
