Kristen Lewis, Assistant Services Manager remains exceptional and professional to the core when it comes to providing service care to customers like me. Approached Kristen to explore what could be the cause of the irritating sounds. Interesting aspect was that I worked night shift in the hospital and wanted to have an idea of when to bring the vehicle. Kristen booked in my vehicle and advised me to go have some snap on the cushion. While snapping or pretending to be having one, my vehicle was fixed with the best service records ever. This is my second time to visit AutoNation. I am very disappointed with my experience and I will never go back there. I had to go 5 times this week because your team was not able to fix 1 bad t I am very disappointed with my experience and I will never go back there. I had to go 5 times this week because your team was not able to fix 1 bad tire. First they told me that the tire is good. However, there was a nail in the tire and they didn’t discover it. Very poor communication - the service advisor didn’t have time to explain to me the work that he is going to do in my car for the 15k miles maintenance. Even when he finished, he just gave me the keys and told me that he is done. It took the team almost 3 hours to replace the bad tire and do the realignment. Although the service advisor asked me to go at 7:30 am to get it fixed quickly and I did. I have more and more and more. It was such a horrible experience More
This was my 30,000 mile check on a nine year old car. Luis, the service manager was extremely friendly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Mid way through the service, he called and explained that everything was looking good and to advise of the time the service would be complete. At the end of the service, he sent a car to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to retrieve my car. Thank you for such a seamless process. More

Service was part of Toyota Care program. Simple oil change, rotate tires, check a bunch of stuff. Nothing complex. Left car overnight and picked up next day.
