The communication is very poor at the dealership. When it comes to selling the services it is made very clear that "Just call us and we will take care", but when it actually comes to service.....oh y When it comes to selling the services it is made very clear that "Just call us and we will take care", but when it actually comes to service.....oh you need to call this number, or you need to call at this number. When I scheduled my service, I also mentioned that one of my wheels is damaged and I have purchased the plan for that. I was told by Stephanie that yes that will be taken care of when you come in for the service. To my surprise I was told by the advisor "Moses" that this is a third party service and AutoNation does not do it....what the heck. I need to drive 50 miles again to get the wheel done....doesn't make sense to me. If Stephane would have told me that you need to make an appointment with the third party on that and then get the vehicle in, that would have been really helpful. All in all AutoNation does not care the value of time for their customers, they only want to SELL and when it comes to fulfil the service they are "ZERO" This has happened to me the second time. First time when I reached the dealership with the appointment for the service the advisor said it will take three to four hours as we are backed up....what the heck. Upon making the appointment I was never told about the wait time of 3-4 hrs. I mean come on, please respect the value of customer's time. TOTAL RIDICULOUS. I have to visit the dealer only because I purchased the vehicle and the services from them. If I would have known that the customer service is SO POOR, I would have never gotten my vehicles from AUTONATION. Above all I had to request to get the car washed!!!!! More
I bought my car at this dealer and have ever since gone to them for maintenance. Kristen Lewis, Assistant Services Manager remains exceptional and professional to the core when it comes to providing service care to customers like me. I had no scheduled appointment during this recent auto visit. Actually was not happy with some spinning sounds coming out of my vehicle. Approached Kristen to explore what could be the cause of the irritating sounds. Interesting aspect was that I worked night shift in the hospital and wanted to have an idea of when to bring the vehicle. Kristen booked in my vehicle and advised me to go have some snap on the cushion. While snapping or pretending to be having one, my vehicle was fixed with the best service records ever. I told Kristen, this was the reason why I prefer to come directly to you whenever I have a problem. thank you so much Kristen Lewis. More
