I took my truck in for an oil change and to have it checked out before I make a long trip to Arkansas this winter. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and professional, and the communication was great. Hugh gave the truck a thorough inspection and went through everything he saw with me. The good news was that everything looked good and I should keep an eye on the corrosion and wear on the brake rotors. Other shops likely would have tried to tell me they needed replacement. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. I waited at the dealership while the work was done and the wait time was very reasonable. I will definitely use this dealership for service in the future and it makes me more inclined to buy a car there in the future. More
Dealership addressed recall notice. I raised a safety concern regarding the low beam headlights and I was told that it was designed that way by Toyota and would not pass the safety insp I raised a safety concern regarding the low beam headlights and I was told that it was designed that way by Toyota and would not pass the safety inspection if the headlights were adjusted. I would like this headlight safety issue be escalated to Toyota corporation so they could resolve this. I really feel this is a safety issue of how the low beam headlights were designed More
My service rep Danial was great he answered all my questions and concerns and even helping to get the cost of the repairs as low as possible. My only negative was with the service review for the used questions and concerns and even helping to get the cost of the repairs as low as possible. My only negative was with the service review for the used auto before sale. My back brakes were one number above the red zone which is 5 it was 4. I had the car for just six months I work from home am a Widow and on a tight budget. When I went for the 6 months maintenance, expecting to only pay maintenance fee of around $350 it ended up being almost $800 .My brakes were metal to metal after only 6,000 miles. I know it would cost the dealership to replace the brakes but it would have gone a long way toward me being 100% happy and being confident that I would not have to have major repairs the next time I buy a used car from the dealer. I would give a . 00001 if I could. Aside from not listening to a thing I wrote down and listed for all the TSB's to be checked, the staff is rude af; I walked in and 00001 if I could. Aside from not listening to a thing I wrote down and listed for all the TSB's to be checked, the staff is rude af; I walked in and 2-3 guys having a personal converation just stare blank at me, like their confused as what to do or why I am there. I explained and then was off to get my loaner; which has been setup initially but another point of confusion and took some more working out to get straightened out. Pickup was another adventure, as usual everything was "fine, no tech found any instance of anything" natch. On top of it all, things I have mentioned to be taken care of weren't addressed, and then they lied and said they couldn't see what I had meant by a seat button; when I clearly stated the front driver's seat bottom was coming apart, and while nobody did "anything" it was magically fixed. After more hand-holding and walking a guy outside to show them everything that had happened, I had a new message on my display requesting to RESET PIN, again, when nobody did anything. After just wanting my key (which they said they would order on drop-off, and then said Toyota isn't sending them yet, which is lies again as other Tundra owners are getting them) they said they can't get them. I resolved my own issue with the PIN and after called the service Manager on fire expectedly, he replied with "I mean you do IT, you would have a better idea than I would"! REALLY, MR TOYOTA DEALER GUY, I WOULD HUH?! Oh and I left, only to be called by the tech and asking to meet him, since his personal *ucking key is sitting in my cup holder for some reason. NEVER EVER AGAIN, Buy a Lexus, Toyota's service sucks @$$. More
