Extremely bad service this time from the time I entered the dealership. Ordered wrong parts by Toyota had to leave the car for a week. The representatives were ok. Tim Nguyen was very helpful. Had a previously bad experience (installed air filter backwards) but after a couple years I gave them another try. I tried to book online but couldn't be found in the system so I called. After being put on hold the person that booked my appointment failed to book correctly and then gave me miss information on what the steps would be to diagnose my issue. When I arrived for my appointment there was no appointment. I waiting much longer than I should have because their systems were messed up and made it hard to book someone in. Thankfully they had an opening and got me in. They recommended a lot of work which I am skeptical if it was needed since they recommended the transmission fluid change based on age of the vehicle and not by a visual or other test. Was it a bad experience? Well it wasn't great and felt very impersonal. More
Had a 1pm appointment and they forgot about me. Didn’t get seen until after 2pm. I have had my Toyota Avalon maintained at AutoNation since moving from NJ eight years ago and have been very pleased. This visit was to get my certification and emissions inspections which was done whil since moving from NJ eight years ago and have been very pleased. This visit was to get my certification and emissions inspections which was done while I waited for the car. No additional work was required on my 2004 Avalon to pass my inspections which is a good testimony that the car has been well maintained. More
The set up is very efficient from being greeted at the service bay, to the service manager desk, to the payment counter. Their prices are competitive and after six years of taking my two Lexus autos to t service bay, to the service manager desk, to the payment counter.
