This Service Department needs an overhaul in customer service. I waited 20 minutes for a service advisor to acknowledge me after I entered the service desk area. Only after I asked if someone could help service. I waited 20 minutes for a service advisor to acknowledge me after I entered the service desk area. Only after I asked if someone could help me did I get a reluctant advisor to call me over ( 8 advisors, only two were with customers). No smiles, no sense of pride in dealing with my request for minor service to my Tacoma. I was also told that my vehicle would be ready in 2 hours, and I would get a call, after 3 hours, I went to the dealership to check on the status and was told another advisor had my ticket, and after checking with him, was told my vehicle had not even been looked at. After another 2 hours, I received a text that my vehicle was ready ( VA State Inspection, and Emissions Inspection). I get the fact people have bad days, but this is more than that. If you are not happy in your current job, seek employment elsewhere...........Please fix this problem Toyota..........I've been driving Toyotas my entire adult life, and will continue to, however I'll probably look to a different dealership next time if I have to go through this again. More

The service visit went very well. The waiting for parts was not so good. In a service appointment April 28 Leesburg ordered a passenger seat belt for my vehicle. I was told I would receive a text message when the part came in. I never received that text. I did check with service in early summer, but the part had not arrived. I finally visited Parts on September 22. They told me they received the part in July and returned it September 1. They said there was a part in the warehouse (probably mine). They received that the next day and I then made the Sept. 27 service. I have no complaint about the service provided by Kristin Lewis-Smit. I think the problem is with parts. More
