Waiting area has comfortable seating but chairs are close together and I don’t see any sanitizing of them happening. Could there be a quiet zone? Between the tv blaring and phone usage eh gads. Cashiers seem confused on who was checking me out and where paperwork was even though the service rep (terrific in this department) went through it line by line, showed the discount, walked me to cashier and handed paper to them. The only people who don’t call you by name. I would give 5 stars if they ran my car through the car wash before returning. More

I took my car for oil change and asked to add air to my tires and because I was not paying for that service which will take maybe 5 minutes and was not done.
