Was told on the phone my service would take about 90 minutes. When I arrived, I learned it would take 5+ hours. Managed to find a ride home. Eight hours later I called to check on the car as I hadn't he minutes. When I arrived, I learned it would take 5+ hours. Managed to find a ride home. Eight hours later I called to check on the car as I hadn't heard anything. It was ready. Picked up my car only to find the glove compartment now wouldn't open/close properly. Drove BACK to dealership. No tech people there anymore. Had to drive BACK to dealership the next day to have that fixed. More
honestly, I've always hated this dealership, but when my 2015 Prius exhibited electrical problems, I took it to them. They deduced that the car was fine, the radio unit was broken (preventing me from using 2015 Prius exhibited electrical problems, I took it to them. They deduced that the car was fine, the radio unit was broken (preventing me from using the hands-free and GPS features). They said they couldn't replace the radio with the same 2015 model (nor did they offer a brand new one) and for a minimum of $1,000 they said they could fix the old one. Seriously, I dont believe anything they say EVER. I went to BestBuy, was able to buy a brand new radio, all the misc. pieces and installation for $700. This dealership is full of salesmen who just want your money. Dont walk - RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION More
Brought my car in for service on Wednesday and of course it needed additional work (brakes). They were able to get the parts and the brakes replaced in no time and picked up my car the next day. Except when it needed additional work (brakes). They were able to get the parts and the brakes replaced in no time and picked up my car the next day. Except when I drove it away there was still an issue with the parking brake and had to bring it back. Needed to get back to my office but the staff (Cam and Jose) was nice enough to drop my car off at my house. Was a little annoyed about having to bring it back but I feel like they made it right. Excellent customer service overall. More
