Highly recommend AutoNation over Koons in Tysons. After completing services through Koons my steering wheel had a bad shake. I called Koons to have them reevaluate my vehicle and they brought a mecha After completing services through Koons my steering wheel had a bad shake. I called Koons to have them reevaluate my vehicle and they brought a mechanic up to confirm that it was normal for steering wheels to shake and my vehicle just needed some more wear on the tires. And the balance had been checked and it was good.I decided to leave and later called AutoNation who confirmed my suspicion that it was a balance and alignment issue. They got me in the following Saturday and took care of the problem. Highly recommend you try AutoNation particularly if you feel Koons employees are lying to you because they probably are. More
Great service from Cameron at AutoNation of Leesburg. I found him to be a forthright individual. He didn't really try to "up-sale" me on items my vehicle did not need. The average customer isn't sure what may or may not be necessary maintenance on their vehicle; I am and I despise a service department employee and/or service mechanic/technician trying get me to pay for extra work-no matter how "good" their intentions may be. Be honest or get away from me...I can smell deceit like a fart in car! More

The service department was awesome they took my Subaru in for an oil change the service waiting area was nice and clean and clean with a big tv. The quality/value of the work is great. I went in for an oil change by appointment and they also did a 50 point inspection and filled all fluids at no etra charge. I had a coupon and the cost was below what it would be at a garge. I took in both my corolla hatchback and 4-runner. THe only problem is the wait despite the fact I had an appointment. It was nearly 3 hours for the 4-runner and 2 hours for the corolla. However in the case of the 4-runner, they felt so bad. they did not charge me. I would definitely go back but the wait is too long More
