This place is too busy, took my car for an inspection and had to wait for two hour, at the end of the two hours they told me I did not pass my inspection because I need front brakes pads. You could see my car in less than than an hour and in the other our have my brakes fixed. More

I wrote a long essay about my frustrating time dealing with your representative Kristen. However, probably since I gave a "poor" grade I was cut off and had to start all over. I refuse to do that.
