When I walk in for an appt, scheduled or not, I always have to wait for a tech to respond. They are always glued to their Monitors. I'll be standing there for a few minutes before someone decides to loo have to wait for a tech to respond. They are always glued to their Monitors. Yesterday I asked for a quote on a service....when I got the bill It was $40 higher. In the future quote the real price please...don't surprise me w/ all the shop fees and misc. More

When vehicle was checked, was given a shopping list of items which needed repair. I took elsewhere to verify list and was told repair list was not needed at this time. Employee wrote bogus information on the order. My car was in for brake pad check and employee wrote on order that "customer reported front and rear brakes squeal when braking"---FALSE information. Therefore, the estimate came back with brake pads and rotors needed for front and rear. Will not return to this dealership! By the way, the employee was much more concerned with his phone than what I had to say. More
