The service visit went very well. The waiting for parts was not so good. In a service appointment April 28 Leesburg ordered a passenger seat belt for my vehicle. I was told I would receive a text message when the part came in. I never received that text. I did check with service in early summer, but the part had not arrived. I finally visited Parts on September 22. They told me they received the part in July and returned it September 1. They said there was a part in the warehouse (probably mine). They received that the next day and I then made the Sept. 27 service. I have no complaint about the service provided by Kristin Lewis-Smit. I think the problem is with parts. More

I'm new to the area and previously I was a customer with Battlefield Toyota in Culpeper, VA. To my surprise on Wednesday morning, my battery decided to die! First time at this dealership. Immediately was tried to be upsell'd through xxxxxxxx services from the dealership (trans flush and brake fluid flush when it doesnt make any sense). In addition I was told I had a recall (which I don't) I can only assume would be so they could keep my car longer and explain this xxxx poor service. Took three hours for a simple oil change. Considering I know that my vehicle was done at least by the 2nd hour this is ridiculous. Hire more service reps or cashiers to handle it. There was only one from what I could see and I couldn't leave until THEY finished my 'paperwork' so the cashier could check me out. Won't be returning, rather risk my luck with JiffyLube for regular oil changes. Definitely won't trust this shop to handle actual maintenance or important stuff if the service department is more gimmicky than the car salesmen. More
