Waiting area has comfortable seating but chairs are close together and I don’t see any sanitizing of them happening. Could there be a quiet zone? Between the tv blaring and phone usage eh gads. Cashiers seem confused on who was checking me out and where paperwork was even though the service rep (terrific in this department) went through it line by line, showed the discount, walked me to cashier and handed paper to them. Thus far, the service received (5k, factory recommended maintenance) appears to have been performed adequately. Having access to the dealer provided shuttle was greatly appreciated; however, trying to rea maintenance) appears to have been performed adequately. Having access to the dealer provided shuttle was greatly appreciated; however, trying to reach someone upon notification the service was completed was a complete nightmare. We were unable to get in touch with our service representative or the shuttle driver. Multiple texts and phone calla were made with no response. Finally, about 1.5 hours after service was completed, we were able to get the shuttle to come pick us up. We were within two miles of the dealership. We understand limitations due to high volume, but the lack of communication was horrible. More
