Waiting area has comfortable seating but chairs are close together and I don’t see any sanitizing of them happening. Could there be a quiet zone? Between the tv blaring and phone usage eh gads. It would be helpful to put a time frame on it. Cashiers seem confused on who was checking me out and where paperwork was even though the service rep (terrific in this department) went through it line by line, showed the discount, walked me to cashier and handed paper to them. The only people who don’t call you by name. I would give 5 stars if they ran my car through the car wash before returning. More
I took my car for oil change and asked to add air to my tires and because I was not paying for that service which will take maybe 5 minutes and was not done. Thus far, the service received (5k, factory recommended maintenance) appears to have been performed adequately. Having access to the dealer provided shuttle was greatly appreciated; however, trying to rea maintenance) appears to have been performed adequately. Having access to the dealer provided shuttle was greatly appreciated; however, trying to reach someone upon notification the service was completed was a complete nightmare. We were unable to get in touch with our service representative or the shuttle driver. Multiple texts and phone calla were made with no response. Finally, about 1.5 hours after service was completed, we were able to get the shuttle to come pick us up. We were within two miles of the dealership. We understand limitations due to high volume, but the lack of communication was horrible. More
