Buyer BEWARE of this guy (Kam Ashfakh) in Finance. I was charged $740 for a Vehicle Care Protection service plan that was never disclose and overcharged in the gap insurance in my opinion. I thought I was walking into a reputable dealership after having bought 2 other vehicles in this dealership in past. I went into to buy a 2010 Toyota Yaris for my son so that he could have his own transportation to get to and from school. When signing your sale documents be sure to check your paper work very carefully as I DID NOT DO. I felt like I was taken advantage of just for the sake of GREED and COMMISSION for his own gain. I've tried getting someone to help me with this but no one has gotten back to me. It's funny how when they have already sold you the vehicle they GHOST you and they are done with you till the next time you need to get another vehicle. BE WARNED! More

With COVID used car prices are still inflated 2 years in, so makes a bit more sense to go new. The sales guys over at Leesburg, VA AutoNation were pleasant to buy from. No high pressure, no surprise costs, and they were patient and willing to listen to me despite my hemming and hawing about spending 40k on a vehicle. Because new inventory is still down, they were also willing to shave a bit of the price for features on the in-stock Tacoma that I wasn't necessarily looking for.
