Sales staff is very friendly and professional, working to correct deficiencies and improve their overall quality. The Service Manager is very responsive and personable. I regret purchasing the extended warranty, because it wasn’t necessary and doesnt cover a repair that is needed after putting just 5k mikes on it since I purchased the car in February. It has also been 3 weeks now since I originally inquired about the broken seat control panel and the missing retractable trunk shade, with follow-ups on my end. More
