Approached Kristen to explore what could be the cause of the irritating sounds. Interesting aspect was that I worked night shift in the hospital and wanted to have an idea of when to bring the vehicle. Kristen booked in my vehicle and advised me to go have some snap on the cushion. While snapping or pretending to be having one, my vehicle was fixed with the best service records ever.
