I needed help getting my 2012 Prius to start, turns out my secondary engine battery was well past warranty. Their inspection also found that my air filters needed replacing and I also had them do an oil c my secondary engine battery was well past warranty. All in all it was what I expected price-wise, no surprises. Customer service personnel were excellent. Thank you. More
BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE - We recently began to search for a Toyota RAV4 or Venza to replace our 20-year old Subaru. Our search started with contacting more than half a dozen internet managers of search for a Toyota RAV4 or Venza to replace our 20-year old Subaru. Our search started with contacting more than half a dozen internet managers of the nearby Toyota dealers in Maryland only to find out: a) these cars are in short supply, and b) we either had to wait months or pay anywhere from $2500 to $3500 “Market Adjustment” above the MSRP to get one sooner. Worse yet, on more than one occasion we were told that the car was available for a test drive only to arrive at the dealership to be told that the car was just sold. That is when we expanded our search using the Toyota Inventory search tool to Northern Virginia. Among these dealers, we luckily came across Autonation Toyota Leesburg, which according to their advertised Smart Path quote, had the lowest price. Based on our prior experience with other dealers, we did not have high hopes that we could conclude a deal close to the quoted price and/or without spending a lot of time negotiating. But we were pleasantly surprised. Louis, Autonation’s Ecom Manager, confirmed the online price and put us in contact with Nazir, with whom we had our best car shopping experience. Nazir kept us regularly posted on the delivery schedule of our Venza, which arrived within a day of the promised date. But most importantly, Nazir spent more than two hours with us to familiarize us with all the safety and advanced features of the car before we left the dealership. This has been our best experience as far both the dealership and sales force - especially Louis and Nazir - are concerned. We highly recommended AutoNation Toyota and Nazir to anyone in the market for a new car. More
