I needed help getting my 2012 Prius to start, turns out my secondary engine battery was well past warranty. Their inspection also found that my air filters needed replacing and I also had them do an oil c my secondary engine battery was well past warranty. Their inspection also found that my air filters needed replacing and I also had them do an oil change. Since it was in the shop, a asked them to replace the rain shield. All in all it was what I expected price-wise, no surprises. Customer service personnel were excellent. Thank you. More
