The salesforce at Autonation were very polite and courteous. I did not feel pressured in any way. I felt everyone was helpful and attentive to my concerns. The quality/value of the work is great. I went in for an oil change by appointment and they also did a 50 point inspection and filled all fluids at no etra charge. I had a coupon and the cost was below what it would be at a garge. I took in both my corolla hatchback and 4-runner. THe only problem is the wait despite the fact I had an appointment. It was nearly 3 hours for the 4-runner and 2 hours for the corolla. However in the case of the 4-runner, they felt so bad. they did not charge me. I would definitely go back but the wait is too long More
