I have been a customer for over 26 years purchasing a 1998 Avalon and a 2019 RAV4 from Leesburg Toyota. This review is for the Avalon. After waiting at the service desk for 15 minutes, Justin arrives. I told him I was there to get an oil change, state inspection, check tire pressure, and check battery. He told me it would be between 1 and 1-1/2 hours. After almost 2 hours I go to ask Justin about status of my car. He said there were some issues and that car would not pass inspection because it needed rear brake pads and rotors totaling $621.40 and that it would take another 2 hours. I told him I wasn’t waiting any longer, to bring back my car. I went to waiting area again. After another half hour I went back to Justin and said where’s my car. He handed me multiple papers, told me to go to cashier, and he would get my car. Once I looked at the papers there were recommendations for repairs totaling $3,372.93. After almost 3 hours of waiting, a rejected inspection, and pages of needed repairs, I was beyond upset. On the way home I stopped at another dealer and told them I had a rejected inspection because of brakes, and would they check it over and redo inspection. The next day I got a call that the car passed inspection. Front and rear brakes measured 6/32nds and that there was plenty of life left. Don’t know if I was taken advantage of because of an old car, because I’m old, or because I am female. I don’t appreciate how I was treated from beginning to end!! More
Second time told to bring my truck that I bought used off their lot and bought extended warranty plan that included first 10 oil changes. The truck is a GMC Denali 3500 dually with a diesel engine. When I took it in for the first oil change they tried to deny my warranty but after meeting with finance officer that sold me the plan they completely the oil change. Second oil change same situation. Now the last oil change a new issue began that started with the one before. I call in to tell them I am 10 minutes out and to get the parts in from auto supply store as I pay extra for upgrading oil filters and oil. After arriving on time I am processed quickly and wait for service. After sitting for an hour and a half I asked the service underwriter my status and he informed me that they are still waiting for the parts. A half hour later he said driver arrived without all the requested parts so not sure when my truck would be ready. This is the same game as before. I contacted Country GMC Buick and told the service underwriter to get my truck and went to Country GMC and the service was completed an hour later. I believe these actions by Autonation Leesburg Toyota are a tactic to avoid honoring the terms of the extended warranty plan I was sold and should result in a refund of least 50% of the fee charged for the plan. The service manager and the underwriter were very professional and apologized but it doesn’t cover expenses that I had to pay due to the lack of services rendered! More

Haven't been impressed between the sales experience with my girlfriend's RAV4 or the service experience with my Tacoma. Usually the service experience is tolerable, but I just had an alignment done after I my girlfriend's RAV4 or the service experience with my Tacoma. Usually the service experience is tolerable, but I just had an alignment done after I changed my struts and shocks, returned home, and found differential fluid stains on my passenger seat. I get that they work on multiple vehicles, but my service shouldn't have had any differential fluid near it as i just swapped those fluids out a few weeks ago, so they need to be careful with cleanliness especially when getting into a customer's vehicle. Been working in scrubbing the stains out. What a pain! Think I need to try elsewhere at this point. More
I have been takinig my Toyotas' to Leesburg Autonation for service for over 20 years. Always excellent service. They don't try to sell/tell you need work done that is not needed like other large Toyota d for service for over 20 years. Always excellent service. Brian is an excellent Service manager who is there for the customer if needed. He has an excellent staff. More
