I bought 2 new cars from this dealer ('10 FJ and '08 Scion xD. Both cars had annoying squeaks or rattles... both were bought to Leesburg Toyota. On both occasions I got the "we cannot reproduce (Scio Scion xD. Both cars had annoying squeaks or rattles... both were bought to Leesburg Toyota. On both occasions I got the "we cannot reproduce (Scion)" or "that's the way they all sound (FJ)". Orismond toyota in Chantilly, took the time to fix both issues...Leesburg needs to know this. Stay away from this dealeship. They sent me a price quote for a new Sienna as thier "internet price". Well, I went there to buy the car with the email print out, and when they gave me the price sheet, quote for a new Sienna as thier "internet price". Their idea of the internet pricing is just to get you to the door. When you are ready to buy, the story changes. Better try different dealeship. These are theives dressed up in Toyota t-shirts waiting to prey on honest buyers. More
Purchased a brand new Highlander, fully loaded. They had to keep it to put in the Sirius and running boards. We got our brand new vehicle back with a sizable dent in the drivers door and grease all over th to keep it to put in the Sirius and running boards. Oh, and prior to delivery they forgot to initialize the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). That was yet another service appointment we had to bring it back for. We've had it in several times for oil changes. Evidentially the kids doing the oil changes haven't worked on the Highlander before because they always forget to reset the annoying 'oil reminder' light. duh? Last time we had it in for an oil change and tire rotation not only did they forget to reset the oil reminder light, but forgot to reset the TPMS stuff. The service department is incompetent at best. So much for the "Factory Trained & Certified Technicians". winning? not! Oh - and they work real hard to get you to "prepay" service when you buy your new vehicle. So they take your money upfront and then you supposedly get your service at a discounted rate. I'll pass..... More
This dealer has zero integrity and refuses to stand behind their cars. We bought at 2007 Toyota 4Runner from them and within two months, it started making a loud knocking noise in the engine. We took it to Leesburg twice for service, but they said they couldn't hear it (which is such a lie, it's unbelievable). Their advertised Very Important Vehicle (VIV) program is a joke. Every time we tried to make an appointment we were told they were "booked up" and had to wait at least a day, sometimes several. We finally took it to another area Toyota dealer who was able to hear the knock immediately, and was willing to work with us on trying to identify the problem and fix it. We called Leesburg back to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves, and were essentially ignored and given a litany of excuses as to why it wasn't their fault or responsibility to fix it. We now have an open case with the BBB, and are willing to do what it takes to ensure that this dealer is held accountable. Do yourself a favor and buy from any other area dealer, but not Leesburg. If we hadn’t sunk so much money into the car, we would sell it in a heartbeat. More

I brought my 2000 Celica in to the shop for my 90k major maintenance on Saturday. The staff there was fast, efficient and courteous. It was no problem at all, the service manager, Tony Nguyen was extremely helpful. They got me fixed up and on my way in no time. Also deserving of a mention was Brad who was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend this shop to anyone -- Oh, and as a side note, my girlfriend bought her 2007 RAV4 there last summer -- No hassle, no haggle, she got a great deal and couldn't be happier. More
I gave them a $500 check as a deposit because they were going to bring a car from another dealership and they specifically said that it is 100% refundable in case I change my mind. They promised to me that they would not cash the check until the day that I was actually going to buy the car. They told me that the car will be in the deanship in 2 days and after one week there was no car. No problem, things happen, but I changed my mind because I wanted the car this year. I cancelled my order and I asked for my check back. They CASHED my check that they told me many times that they will not. To get my money back I had to wait several days. Also be aware for their hidden fees. Their processing fee is $100 more than every other dealership I visited in the area. That said, the sales people were polite. More

Terrible service department, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I took my brand new truck there to get a defective part fixed under warranty and they refused to fix it (under warranty). They told me I had to pay them if I wanted to get it fixed. I took my truck to another local dealership and they fixed the part under warranty- no problems at all. I called Toyota Corporate and explained what happened- they appologized and told me that Leesburg Toyota was in the wrong. Leesburg Toyota will try to rip you off by not fixing parts under warranty so they can make more money. Terrible dealership. More
