I find AutoNation Toyota to be an excellent and honest group of sales professionals. Single women, expect to experience extreme condescension here. My salesman had a book entitled "Sexual Temptation - How Christian Workers Can Win the Battle" on his reading table - completely inappropriate here. I was called "sweetie" numerous times. Despite CDC guidance and AutoNation's "Here’s How We Keep America Driving Safe," I don't think I saw any staff wearing a mask, although the salesman did mask up for the test drive. They advertise "Store-to-Door" delivery which apparently is only a thing if you live within a certain, nearby radius. Completing the purchase paperwork also couldn't be done remotely - I had to return and complete it in a small office with an unmasked finance guy whose vaccination status is unknown. Secure financing elsewhere - they offered 3.99% while my own bank was 2.79%. Do your homework and ask questions - I inquired about the sales tax they quoted which totaled over $1k, the sales manager read me the paper that was sitting right in front of me. Only after I told him I could read and I wanted to know what percentage they were charging did he 'check' and returned to inform me I should be charged 1% tax since I reside in DC and was buying a hybrid - a difference of over $1k. While their advertised prices may seem competitive, they tack on a $799 "documentation fee" that is not negotiable. The car has low miles and I'm ultimately happy with the purchase, just wish I hadn't had to deal with the unprofessionalism and false advertising throughout the process. More
I have used the Leesburg Toyota facility since I moved to the area in 2017. Since then I have purchased a new car there and had three cars serviced there. I was unaware that the car leased last December did not have a Virginia inspection sticker. I received a warning from authorities and I brought the car to the dealer. I bought my Toyota at Auto Nation in Leesburg, Virginia, and have had the service completed there for the past four years. They always give a great price, provide recommendations and advice when asked, meet and have had the service completed there for the past four years. They always give a great price, provide recommendations and advice when asked, meet the completion time they provide or even have my car ready early, and go over everything when it's time to pick up my car. I have never been surprised, but they have on occasion told me work did not need to be done and thereby saved me money (so I have been surprised -- pleasantly so). Finally, they are friendly, professional, and clean. I have only one recommendation -- since the traffic pattern has changed around their dealership, they should put a large Toyota sign on the east side of the building, so people can identify the dealership easily from Cardinal Park Drive. More
Great customer service, sad about 800 dealer fee for a 6000 car. Maybe lower the fee for less expensive cars? The staff was very nice and helpful.
