I bought my Toyota at Auto Nation in Leesburg, Virginia, and have had the service completed there for the past four years. They always give a great price, provide recommendations and advice when asked, meet and have had the service completed there for the past four years. I have never been surprised, but they have on occasion told me work did not need to be done and thereby saved me money (so I have been surprised -- pleasantly so). Finally, they are friendly, professional, and clean. I have only one recommendation -- since the traffic pattern has changed around their dealership, they should put a large Toyota sign on the east side of the building, so people can identify the dealership easily from Cardinal Park Drive. Great customer service, sad about 800 dealer fee for a 6000 car. Maybe lower the fee for less expensive cars? The staff was very nice and helpful.
