I was assigned to Harrison Lao as adviser by whoever answered my call , but when I arrived, Harrison was not there. I was told he was on vacation. I was assigned to Leo then. Besides oil change and whee answered my call , but when I arrived, Harrison was not there. I was told he was on vacation. I was assigned to Leo then. Besides oil change and wheel alignment ( which I really don't think is needed for a brand new 2 year old car) I told Leo about the AC not blowing on the rear seat. He said he will check it...but he did not. It took 2 hours for just oil change and wheel alignment More

I have been going to this dealership for over 20 years. Before AutoNation it was Desert Toyota. We have always dealt with service writer Mark Guilfoile who always been honest and straightforward. This time Before AutoNation it was Desert Toyota. We have always dealt with service writer Mark Guilfoile who always been honest and straightforward. This time I go in to get an oil change Mark is on vacation so Nathan Stratilatof is going to take care of me. Nathan tells me its going to be about $90.00 for an oil change. I tell him it's only supposed to be $69.95. I have to pull out my phone and show him the email AutoNation sent on the special they are having for oil changes. His only response was, "We can do that." I personally believe the service writer knew what the sales were, but tried to the higher price. Two weeks before my daughter went to the dealership for an oil change for her car ( again Mark was not there) and was quoted $120 for an oil change. You can't tell me that the price of an oil change fluctuates that much. More

I went in for a 7am recall check for my 2015 Rav 4. Erick did an overview on it. Gave the tires a positive tread check, noticed I could use new windshield wipers. At my request he checked the loose driver side sky roof accordion slide, noticing both sides needed to be reset he took care of them. I was back on my way home by 7:40am. Total charge $32.49 for the windshield wiper replacement. Awesome experience! More
