That's a lie. I would suggest you ask for your old parts back. I have never been treated so badly. Because I'm an American. Seems like Joey Martinez is happy to make this toyota experience as unhappy as possible. Joey Martinez agreed it would take 3 hours. I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes after waiting in line asked Joey Martinez if truck was ready Joey Martinez said let me print out your paperwork, get a signature and you will be on your way. I went outside and waited finally after 5 or 10 minutes a gentleman came over and asked if he could help me. I explained I was waiting for my truck, he told me you bring your paperwork over to me and I will have someone bring your vehicle around. Again No direction or customer service. Went around 100 miles truck did the same thing. According to Joey Martinez truck is fixed and here we go again. More

When checking the problem with my vehicle they decided without my knowledge or permission to change my in-cabin air filter. This is a part I did not need or want, and they didn't call me to ask if I want without my knowledge or permission to change my in-cabin air filter. This is a part I did not need or want, and they didn't call me to ask if I wanted it. They just put it in and charged me. I now know if I go back to look at the invoice before I pay. I had to go back the next day and return the filter when my service writer was there. Make sure you check the invoice before you pay. More
