My overall experience was absolutely great starting from making an appointment, all the way through the service received. I wanted to acknowledge the service advisor Jose for always listening to what I nee making an appointment, all the way through the service received. I received the usual great experience in getting my new Sienna serviced. The service advisor gave me the breakdown of what I needed to get done, and also identified the recall issue. I had an appointment for 6/28/22 but showed up on 6/27/22. They took me in and did the service on my car. However, when the service was complete and my car was sitting outside, the car was locked, 6/27/22. They took me in and did the service on my car. However, when the service was complete and my car was sitting outside, the car was locked, but the windows were down. Attendant went to get keys, and when she returned it was only with the car keys. I then noticed that the other 2 keys i had on the ring were sitting in the cup holder. Why did they take the keys of the ring, and I know I shouldn't have left them on with the car key. How do I know that your employees did not make copies of those 2 keys and one day I could arrive home to find that my property had been invaded? Bad move on your company's part, and I will no longer be taking my car there for service. I have been going there since the day I bought the car, 12/15/2011. I did learn a good lesson though, only leave the car key with your employee. More

Been coming here for almost 4 years! They can always fit me in very quickly and on my schedule. Only things that suck is no car wash any longer and no longer a shuttle service.
