I called last week and a young lady informed me that the general manager was on vacation. I called again today and explained to a salesman named “Nick” that I wished to speak to the GM. Nick rudely hung up on me. I then left a message on GM’s answering machine and have not heard back. I don’t know if anyone at this dealership understands the concept of how a business operates (maybe they missed that class.) In order to keep a customer, patrons are to be regarded as the main source of revenue that keeps their doors open. If they are driven away by unruly staff members and BLATANT disregard this takes money from the pockets of the sales department, service drive, finance department, technicians, and the organization as a whole. Oh well, plenty of other car lots in the sea.

Tried to call the GM again this morning and was told he was busy. Got transferred to an answering service that hung up on me. Tried to call back a few more times and call wouldn’t go through. They really must HATE disabled veterans!

Called again to speak to the GM as instructed and they hung up on me again. If you are a DISABLED UNITED STATES MILITARY VETERAN this is the kind of treatment you may expect. Shameful. Just down right shameful

Have called several times and left messages with the GM several times as instructed in order to “restore my good faith” as instructed and haven’t heard a word.
