I’ve had a few issues with this place, When I first purchased my car they said my payment would be a certain amount, finally pay my first one and almost $50 over what they said. Any time I have issues with my car or a question, the receptionist always has an attitude or makes me feel like it’s an inconvenience for me to call. Everytime I do take my car in to get work they take atleast 2 hours longer than what they said, and not because they find work, this is the second time I’ve taken it in and had to remind THEM of the work I brought it in for. I honestly regret getting my warranty with them, I have the gold status and somehow every bit of work I’ve needed done it’s conveniently not covered under warranty, even tho when I bought the car I had the guy go over everything the warranty covers so I knew I was selecting the right one, now I can’t even sell my car because this stupid warranty, what I owe is more than what the car is worth. Definitely feel like I got screwed I. More

My rating relates to service experience. Despite having an appointment, one is forced to wait for their assigned representative. While this may seem efficient and create a good service experience, it results in unnecessary waiting and frustration. All agents have the customer’s information available. Apparently most customers were assigned the same representative so despite their being a number of reps available, the customer is forced to wait. I finally complained and lo and behold the non assigned agent pulled up my information for my routine check and, after a signature, I was free to leave. More

Michael was friendly and understanding. But it took 3 hours to service our car which we never had experienced before.
