It is because of Mark I continue to bring my vehicle across town and even HAPPILY wave at the other Toyota dealerships I pass on the way to Mark. Mark has proved time and again that he genuinely cares about the condition of my vehicle and his 1st priority is always the safety of me and my family. He is kind, and he is a clear communicator. Mark is very upfront, he constantly ensures I am aware of all of the options available, offers me the pros and cons, tells me his opinion and then allow me to make my own decisions, never pressures me in anyway. He constantly keeps me in the loop every step of the way and ensures I am aware of all of the options available, gives me the pros and cons, will offer his opinion and then allow me to make my own decisions, and ALWAYS ALWAYS keeps his word. In a post Covid world where hospitality is dwindling and customer service seems to be a thing and of the past, MARK GUILFOILE is a shining example of superior GUEST-CENTRIC service. His passion for what he does, and how much he cares for his clients are evident in every interaction. There was a noise that I told Jonathan to check out. He was going to charge me $169 and I told him go ahead. After 5 hrs he told me his mechanic didn’t find any noise but that I needed two rear brakes r He was going to charge me $169 and I told him go ahead. After 5 hrs he told me his mechanic didn’t find any noise but that I needed two rear brakes replacement which I told him to go ahead and do it. Today I took my car in to another mechanic and right off the bat he told me it was my ball bearing. The noise went away. My mechanic told me that if I didn’t get it fixed it might have stall on me. Excellent mechanic who knows cars! I don’t trust your dealership anymore. Jonathan knows nothing about car and I could have been hurt and he just doesn’t care. More
