I have observed clients in the service area of AutoNation waiting to be recognized because all the agents are busy on their computers with attention. I have been service my vehicle with thid dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2015. Aside from an incident involving a mechanic not tightening a bolt on my brake caliper and coming off while driving th I purchased my vehicle in 2015. Aside from an incident involving a mechanic not tightening a bolt on my brake caliper and coming off while driving then damaging my rim, I have had not other issues. The rim was repaired at no cost by the dealership. The main reason I continue to service my vehicle here is because of Tim. He is the best service advisor there and always keeps me up to date. More
