Our personal Toyota maintenance representative, Hose Jimenez, Is personally invested in keeping our cars maintained in top shape. Our cars are a 2005 Prius hybrid with 133000 miles and the other is a 2 Jimenez, Is personally invested in keeping our cars maintained in top shape. Our cars are a 2005 Prius hybrid with 133000 miles and the other is a 2006 Hylander hybrid with 235000 miles and both are still going strong thanks to Hose and his personal care of both vehicles. We plan on keeping both until they absolutely die and have nothing left. We both still love to drive them and do not want to get rid of them for a long time. Our goal right now is to get over 300,000 mile on each one. Then who know we might continue to 400,000. More

Awesome service with friendly people. Facility is clean with a good size waiting room. Love that they have multiple tvs. Although my maintenance light is still on thats a minor fix . Spent 4 hours even with an appointment just for an oil change, tires rotation and supposedly a recall issue. Kevin Grady was the worst, never came to me to give me an update, he was always away from his d change, tires rotation and supposedly a recall issue. Kevin Grady was the worst, never came to me to give me an update, he was always away from his desk, and after 4 or more times that I asked him to update my telephone number, he never did. I Stopped by a few weeks later because the hubcap of one of my tires was lose. Tatum Garcia helped me this time and she was awsome, updated my number and got me out in minutes. Kuddos to her and the other girl that park the vehicles. I didnt catch her name. More
