Our personal Toyota maintenance representative, Hose Jimenez, Is personally invested in keeping our cars maintained in top shape. Our cars are a 2005 Prius hybrid with 133000 miles and the other is a 2 Jimenez, Is personally invested in keeping our cars maintained in top shape. We plan on keeping both until they absolutely die and have nothing left. We both still love to drive them and do not want to get rid of them for a long time. Our goal right now is to get over 300,000 mile on each one. Then who know we might continue to 400,000. More

Spent 4 hours even with an appointment just for an oil change, tires rotation and supposedly a recall issue. Kevin Grady was the worst, never came to me to give me an update, he was always away from his d change, tires rotation and supposedly a recall issue. I Stopped by a few weeks later because the hubcap of one of my tires was lose. Tatum Garcia helped me this time and she was awsome, updated my number and got me out in minutes.
