Have had body work done twice here. Not inexpensive but I feel better having the job done by certified technicians from where I bought my car. Collision manager Vlad was responsive, informative and accommodating. So was the front desk staff. That being said, Estimate process needs streamlining and more accuracy and transparency. A visual exterior inspection of damage was very misleading regarding the damage. Estimate went from about $900 to $3K because of real and POTENTIAL damage that Toyota requires its techs to address. This has happened at other repair shops as well. Just be straight with me from the getgo. More
Brought my truck in for a 9:15am appointment with David for a running board install. Did not get a call nor text message about it being done so, I was waiting for hours wondering why it was taking so long. for a running board install. At around 12:30pm I went to David's kiosk to ask him status but he wasn't there so I thought maybe he was on a lunch break. Again, I waited. Still no call or text message about the status of my vehicle. At 2:00pm I was finally able to ask someone, not David, about the status of my vehicle. Then, I found out that David had an emergency and that my case was handed out to another rep. I was told that my paperwork was at the cashier so, I went there to check. To my disappointment, I found out that my service was done at 11:10am. I was furious that no one had bothered to inform me about. Had I not inquire of the status, I would have been sitting there for a longer time. More
I would have given you 5 stars if the man at the desk outside,who gives the keys would have been nicer. He was rude to me. I'm sorry I didn't take his name. BUT TATUM GARCIA who took care of me was ext outside,who gives the keys would have been nicer. He was rude to me. I'm sorry I didn't take his name. BUT TATUM GARCIA who took care of me was extremely nice and very efficient. She went out of her way and came out to answer a question that I had forgetten to ask her. She deserves 5 stars. More
