The person who attended me at my appointment for the oil change was completely rude, did not give me good morning, I was trying to arrange with him to do the brake change of my Toyota rav4 for the next appo change was completely rude, did not give me good morning, I was trying to arrange with him to do the brake change of my Toyota rav4 for the next appointment and he told me that I could not that I had to do it at once, and obviously not when he wants but when the customer can! He didn't tell me anything else and when he called me to let me know that the car was ready he didn't say a word to me, I don't know what kind of staff you hire but this person that touched me is a person totally without manners! More
