Dropped off my 2022 Highlander for a service they sold me a service I didn’t need. $127.27 dropping off was fine. Fast and friendly But picking up was different. no one would ask if I needed anything. Finall a service I didn’t need. $127.27 dropping off was fine. I waited 10 or 15 minutes asked people walking by and I was ignored. Someone finally came and took my papers. didn’t say a word to me. Pulled up parked the car and left my door open and walked behind my vehicle without one word. That’s not what I’m used to from Toyota. I called and didn’t get much help because I wouldn’t give them the name of my service rep. He was fine and I had no complaint with him. Frustrated and won’t come back. More
