Mantenerse alejado de este dealer, te mienten en tu cara, poco profesionales, venden carros defectuosos, no cumplen con la garantía de la marca, una vez que te venden el carro no quieren saber de ti, el depa poco profesionales, venden carros defectuosos, no cumplen con la garantía de la marca, una vez que te venden el carro no quieren saber de ti, el departamento de servicio te tratan de lo peor cuando vas a reclamar por los defectos del carro, tienen tu carro en el taller por semanas para al recogerlo darte cuenta que ni siquiera lo revisaron porque todos los defectos que señalaste en pruebas de manejo siguen ahí, compre un carro nuevo y a la semana todo el interior empezó a aflojarse y a hacer ruidos en el dashboard y los paneles interiores de las puertas, reiteradas ocasiones pedí que lo revisaran y en todo momento mienten diciendo que no encuentran nada, teniendo yo pruebas y videos los cuales le enseñé al manager del departamento de servicio, tuvieron el carro en el taller por una semana, a la semana me llaman para una prueba de manejo, salí con un técnico a la prueba de manejo y le enseñé todos los ruidos, me dijo que dejara el carro nuevamente para remplazar una pieza en el dashboard y trabajar en los otros ruidos que el mismo escuchó, casi una semana después me llaman que el carro está listo, para al recogerlo darme cuenta que tampoco hicieron nada en el carro, no cambiaron ninguna pieza y los ruidos siguen ahí, solo te mienten descaradamente, el video adjunto es hoy saliendo del dealer, con el informe donde dicen corrigieron los problemas y donde se escucha claramente que ni siquiera revisaron el carro, ahorrense disgustos y manténganse alejados de estos estafadores More

Worst experience at a dealership ever. I would 100% recommend taking your car and business elsewhere. I normally take my car to Lexus, but had brought it here a couple times in the past I would 100% recommend taking your car and business elsewhere. I normally take my car to Lexus, but had brought it here a couple times in the past and thought I would keep trying it, but definitely NEVER going back. The service rep (Kevin) and manager (I believe it was Ivan) were both a nightmare to deal with. Extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. The manager wouldn’t let me get a word in. Would ask a question and then continue to talk over me when I would begin to answer and did that during the whole conversation. Kevin was loud and patronizing when I picked up my vehicle, constantly telling me that I needed a new tire (which was not up for debate), but since he refused to listen, that was all he was arguing about (which was not the issue) at one point yelling “what part don’t you understand”. They would greatly benefit from working on their active listening skills, some basic customer service training on how to properly handle and communicate with customers in an appropriate and professional manner. Mind you, I brought my car in for regular servicing, it had no issues. When I picked it up. It was un-drivable as it trembled while I drove it and steering wheel veered all the way to the left. Had to call them the next day and bring it back in for them to look at again. Turns out there was a separation or bulge in one of the tires that when moved to the front made the issue noticeable. How they didn’t catch that in the initial visit (when I brought it in to get serviced) or even when they drove it back to return it to me, is very difficult to understand and dangerous that they would return a car to someone saying everything came out great in the service and then when I had to call and speak up about it then, they were able to identify a problem.
