OBNOXIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN I COMPLAINED SERVICE MANAGER CHRIS TOLD 'ME' THAT I HAD AN ATTITUDE. HIS CLOWN BOY WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT GET KEY OUT OF IGNITION, THUS STUCK TOLD ME TO 'FIDDLE WITH MANAGER CHRIS TOLD 'ME' THAT I HAD AN ATTITUDE. HIS CLOWN BOY WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT GET KEY OUT OF IGNITION, THUS STUCK TOLD ME TO 'FIDDLE WITH IT' AND REFUSED TO CHECK WITH OTHERS FOR HELP. CHRIS ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE MONEY I OVER PAID FOR GAS WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED AS HE DIDN'T LIKE MY ATTITUDE. NOT EXACTLY AN ASTUTE LEGAL POSITION, BUT THEN AGAIN WITH A LOW IQ ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE AFTER THE COMPLIMENTARY 2 YEAR SERVICE HAVE BEEN EXPIRED. I CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR A FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS $70 AND SOME CHANG 2 YEAR SERVICE HAVE BEEN EXPIRED. SO I TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT I WILL CALL BACK TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I REALIZED I HAVE AN EXTENDED 3 FREE OIL CHANGE “RECEIPT” UNTIL 2023 THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A PEACE OFFERING FROM THE RUDEST PERSON IN FINANCE DEPARTMENT, JOHNNY, WHO TRICKED ME WITH THE CONTRACT WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR BACK IN 2018. I JUST NEEDED TO MAKE SURE I CAN FIND IT. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO THE SAME SERVICE ADVISOR TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT AND I MENTIONED TO HIM ABOUT THE “RECEIPT” FOR THE FREE OIL CHANGE. I ASKED HIM DO I NEED TO BRING IT WITH ME AS A PROOF WHEN I COME IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT, THEN HE TOLD ME, “NO YOU DON’T HAVE TO. I CAN PULL THAT ONE UP ON MY COMPUTER. my sons Scion had the service engine light on. Jeff in service told my wife 125.00 to put on diagnostics machine, even with extended gold service contract paid for when car was purchased from same dealer. service told my wife 125.00 to put on diagnostics machine, even with extended gold service contract paid for when car was purchased from same dealer. They found a mass air flow sensor unplugged and a hose off,the car also needed injector cleaner.They told my wife that the filters must be changed also,vital to the cars running smoothly. When I looked at the invoice when they came home she was charged 105.70 for replacing a 1.5 month old air cleaner and a cabin filter. We all know a cabin filter has nothing what so ever to do with a cars running. The air cleaner was changed about a month and a half ago. There was nothing wrong with it at all. Total bill was 270.16 For reconnecting a hose,a wire,injector cleaner and changing 2 filters. Auto zone sells same items for less than 45.00 total in the best quality they carry. I will never, ever buy a car from this dealer again nor have anything serviced by them. I would suggest you take the vehicle anywhere but here for service. More

Bought it mainly because of the high residual and relatively low interest rates knowing it was $20 too high/month. So beware when you go to buy - set a price, set a timelimit, and leave if either are not met.<br><br>Service department is very good, but I think pricey. Also, they try to toss in "throttle body cleaning" for $180. $400 for a 30k mile service seems high. More
